Popular questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces per design, on first orders and on reorders. The minimum counts per design, not per colour or size, so you can split one design across sizes and stock colours.

How long does a sample take?
A pre-paid (physical) sample is made in about 5–7 days after you sign off the tech pack, plus courier time to your door. A free pre-production sample is made after you place your order and pay the 30% advance, and you approve it on photos, videos or a video call.

What are your payment terms?
Bulk orders: 30% advance payment to confirm the order and begin production. 30% during production after the customer has reviewed the work-in-progress update. Final 40% after the goods have passed quality control and are ready for shipment. Pre-paid (physical) samples require 100% payment in advance; pre-production samples are free.

Which artwork files should I send?
A vector file of your logo (AI, EPS or PDF) and the Pantone references of your colours are best. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, our design team redraws it as a vector. Send your files by email, or upload them with the Request a quote form when you have a tech pack or reference sheet.

How do I choose the right fabric?
Start with the product and how it will be used, then compare fabric types in our Material Library. We suggest suitable fabrics with your quote and confirm the exact composition, weight and colours. You then check the real fabric on your sample before bulk production.
