Football stirrup socks for the client's team kit: a navy leg without a foot, held in place by a stirrup under the arch. The ribbed top band is light grey with a navy stripe, and the client's wordmark is knitted into the leg in grey.
Our Solution
The stirrups are knitted in one piece directly from yarn. The wordmark and the stripe are knitted in (jacquard), the leg has ribbed zones at the top and above the ankle, and the stirrup opening is finished with a stitched edge so it keeps its shape. As usual for stirrups, they are worn over a separate sock.
Detailed Result
The finished stirrups give a clean navy look, with the wordmark on the side of the leg and the grey band at the top.
