Ways to work with us
On-demand manufacturing means producing balaclavas when you need them, in small runs, instead of committing to large stock months ahead. Mr Balaclava makes on-demand runs for drops, tests and restocks from 50 pieces per design, with a standard lead time of 14 days and 7 days possible on request.
Updated

Why on-demand
Small, frequent runs keep cash out of unsold stock and let you react to what customers actually buy. A low minimum order and a short standard lead time make that possible for balaclavas.
Launch a new style or colour in a run of 50 pieces and reorder the ones that sell.
Numbered or seasonal releases produced close to the launch date, not months ahead.
Your approved specification stays on file, so repeat orders of the same design do not need a new sample.
Who it suits
On-demand runs suit buyers who sell in smaller, frequent batches.
A first balaclava line without a large upfront stock commitment.
Web shops and marketplace sellers restocking their best sellers.
Merch drops timed to a launch, a video or a season.
Branded runs for teams, races and festivals, ordered close to the date.
B2B catalog
Developed styles you can order with your own branding, or use as the starting point for a custom design.

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces.
A repeat order of an approved design does not need a new sample, so it goes straight into production: 14 days as standard, or 7 days on request.
Unit prices are higher for small runs than for large ones, because set-up costs are spread over fewer pieces. In return you avoid paying for stock you may not sell. Your quote shows the price for each quantity you ask about.
Samples are sent within 5–7 days of your order. Once the sample is approved, standard lead time is 14 days; 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
