Packing and Worldwide Shipping
After final inspection, Mr Balaclava packs each piece as your tech pack specifies (polybag, kraft wrap or retail box, with hang tags and barcodes), labels the cartons and ships from Sialkot, Pakistan with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Orders up to 100 kg travel door to door in 3–6 business days, tracked, with import duties paid by us; heavier orders go by air or sea cargo to your nearest airport or port.

Shipping
Couriers, timing and tracking
Most orders travel by express courier. Cartons are sealed, labelled and handed over with the commercial invoice and packing list; you receive the tracking number the same day. Shipping is priced by weight: up to 100 kg by express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD or Dpex), above 100 kg by air cargo, and from 500 kg by sea cargo as well.
- DHL, FedEx or UPS door to door, 3–6 business days to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and most other destinations.
- Tracked from dispatch to delivery, with the tracking link sent to you and, on request, milestone updates.
- Air cargo above 100 kg, sea cargo from 500 kg, to your nearest airport or port; sea cargo usually takes about 40–45 days.
- Delivery to your warehouse, your fulfilment partner or a marketplace fulfilment centre, with the carton labels each requires.

Customs and duties
Who pays the import duties
It depends on the weight of your order, because the weight decides how it travels.
-
Up to 100 kg: duties paid by us
Courier shipments are delivered duty paid (DDP): we handle customs clearance and pay the import duties and taxes, so the goods arrive with nothing to pay.
-
Over 100 kg: you clear customs
Air and sea cargo travels to your nearest airport or port. You clear customs there and pay the import duties and taxes of your country, often through a customs broker; our responsibility ends when the goods arrive.
- Documents
- Commercial invoice, packing list, and on request a certificate of origin, the mill's OEKO-TEX® certificate and lab test reports.
- HS codes
- Stated on the invoice per product so customs clearance is quick; we can align them with your broker.
- Labelling for import
- Fibre content, country of origin and care labels in the format your market requires, specified in the tech pack.

FAQ
Packing and shipping: frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
3–6 business days door to door by DHL, FedEx or UPS, after the 14-day standard production time. Sea cargo, possible from 500 kg, usually takes about 40–45 days.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Most of our customers are in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and the Gulf states.
What does shipping cost?
It is calculated from the weight of your order and is the same for every country. Headwear is light: 500 printed balaclavas weigh about 44 kg packed and travel by courier with duties paid. The product page, your bag and your quote show the shipping cost separately.
Can I use my own courier account?
Yes. Give us your DHL, FedEx or UPS account number and we ship on it; you then handle duties directly with the courier.
Can you pack for Amazon or a retailer's warehouse?
Yes. Send the packing and labelling requirements (polybag type, barcode format, carton labels) and they go into the tech pack.
Can I avoid plastic packaging?
Yes. Pieces can be packed in recyclable kraft paper wraps and recycled kraft boxes instead of polybags. Biodegradable polybags are available on custom orders from 5,000 pieces.
