Focused guides
Three knitted requests have their own page with the details buyers ask about.
Buyer's guide
Acrylic is a synthetic fibre spun to imitate wool. It is soft, warm for its weight and does not shrink or felt in the wash, so an acrylic scarf keeps its size and its colours through a long season. It is also the most affordable yarn for a warm knitted scarf, which makes it the standard choice for promotional and fan scarves.
Wool traps warm air between its crimped fibres and absorbs moisture without feeling wet, so a wool scarf stays warm in cold, damp weather. Merino is a finer wool that feels soft against the neck and is less itchy; blends with acrylic or cotton lower the price and make care easier.
Knitted jacquard scarves in club colours, with names and crests, for match days and fan shops.
Logo scarves in corporate colours for winter campaigns, giveaways and events.
Solid and striped scarves in core and seasonal colours for fashion and outdoor retailers.
Scarves knitted to match your beanies in the same yarn, colours and pattern.

The knit decides how a scarf looks, stretches and keeps its shape. All of these are knitted on our own flatbed machines.
| Knit | Look and feel | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Rib | Stretchy, springy, with vertical ribs on both sides | Everyday and promotional scarves, matching beanies |
| Plain jersey | Smooth face, light and flat | Printed and light winter scarves |
| Cable | Raised twisted cables, heavier and warmer | Premium winter and heritage ranges |
| Chunky | Thick yarn and deep texture | Oversized fashion scarves and gift ranges |
| Single-layer jacquard | Pattern on the face, reverse colours on the back | Logo and pattern scarves at a lower price |
| Double-layer jacquard | Two layers, clean design on both sides, warmest | Football and fan scarves, club shops |
Wool and merino
Wool traps warm air between its crimped fibres and absorbs moisture without feeling wet, so a wool scarf stays warm in cold, damp weather. Merino is a finer wool that feels soft against the neck; blends with acrylic lower the price and make care easier.
We knit wool, merino and wool-blend scarves in rib, cable or jacquard on our own machines. Checked and tartan wool scarves are woven by partner mills, then finished, fringed, branded and inspected by us.

Acrylic
Anti-pilling acrylic keeps the surface clean for longer, and an acrylic-wool blend adds natural warmth and a fuller handle. Acrylic takes bright, even colours, so stripes, colour blocks and knitted logos stay crisp through a long season.

Customization
Every part of the design is yours. Our design team sends a mockup of each print, logo and label placement before production starts.
Rib for stretch and body, jersey for a smooth face, cable for texture, or double-layer jacquard for a reversible logo scarf.
Standard or anti-pilling acrylic, wool or merino, cashmere, or a blend for warmth and easy care.
Length, width, fringes, tassels or pom-poms, fixed in the tech pack and checked in the sample.
A jacquard logo knitted into the scarf, a woven label, embroidery or a patch.

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces.
Yes. Knitted scarves, including jacquard fan scarves, are knitted on our own flatbed machines in Sialkot, then linked, finished, inspected and packed in the same factory.
Acrylic is warm for its weight and stays warm when damp, but wool insulates better and breathes more. Many buyers choose an acrylic-wool blend to combine easy care with extra warmth.
All knitted fibres can pill with friction. Anti-pilling acrylic yarn reduces it noticeably, and a tighter knit helps further. We recommend anti-pilling yarn for retail ranges.
Yes. Logos, names and patterns are knitted in as jacquard on our flatbed machines, on one side or on both sides. We confirm the artwork in a mockup and a sample before production.
Merino fibres are much finer than standard wool, so they bend against the skin instead of prickling. Most people find a merino scarf comfortable next to the neck.
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
