OEM & ODM Balaclava Manufacturer
OEM means we manufacture your own design to your tech pack; ODM means we develop the design for you, from a brief or one of our styles. Mr Balaclava offers both for balaclavas and ski masks, finished under your label, from 50 pieces per design and with a standard lead time of 14 days.

Knit yarns, fleece, Lycra, mesh and eco options, with fabrics from OEKO-TEX® certified mills on request.

A physical sample within 5–7 days, adjusted until you approve fit, colour and branding.

Knitting or cutting, sewing and branding in Sialkot, with every piece inspected before packing.

Branding and packaging
Your logos, labels, hang tags, barcodes and packaging. Mr Balaclava's name never appears on your products.

Express by DHL, FedEx or UPS, or air and sea freight. Delivery terms are agreed for each order and confirmed before shipment.

Every order starts with your brief and ends with tracked delivery. The standard production lead time is 14 days.

Tell us the style, fabric, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest suitable materials.

Approve the sample
We confirm every measurement, colour and logo placement in a mockup and a tech pack, then send your sample within 5–7 days.

Production and delivery
Bulk production takes 14 days as standard. Every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

OEM and ODM balaclavas: frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for OEM and ODM balaclavas?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces.
What do we need to start an OEM order?
A tech pack or a detailed sample, your logo files, target quantities and a deadline. If your tech pack is incomplete, our design team completes it with you before sampling.
Can you develop a balaclava from a brief?
Yes, that is ODM. Share a brief, a mood board or a reference product, or pick one of our styles to adapt. We design it with you, prepare the mockup and the tech pack, and send a sample.
Will our products carry your brand?
No. Products, labels and packaging carry only your brand; Mr Balaclava's name does not appear.
How long does OEM balaclava production take?
Samples are sent within 5–7 days of your order. Once the sample is approved, standard lead time is 14 days; 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
