What is the minimum order quantity?
Catalog styles start at a minimum order of 50 pcs. Tell us your target quantity in the quote request and we’ll confirm it for your project.
How long does production take?
Our standard lead time is 14 days, and 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month; your quote confirms the schedule for your order.
Can these styles be produced under my own brand?
Yes. We offer private label and OEM production, logo embroidery and branding, and colours matched to Pantone TCX and TPX on custom orders.
How do I order from the catalog?
Ordering is quote-based. Open a style, request a quote, and add your quantity, destination country and project details. The product reference is added to your enquiry automatically, and no payment is taken with a quote request.
Is the factory certified?
Eco Jersey Limited, which powers Mr Balaclava, is ISO 9001 certified and a Sedex member; copies of the certificate and the membership details go to customers with an order history or a substantial order. Monthly capacity is 100K pcs.
