Buyer's guide
A tactical balaclava is judged by how well it works with other gear. It must be thin enough not to push a helmet out of place, keep the ears free for headsets, dry quickly and blend in rather than stand out. Colour and pattern follow the environment: plain dark colours for security work, camouflage for hunting and outdoor use.
For flame-resistant versions, see our flame-resistant balaclavas.
Helmet-compatible balaclavas in field colours and camouflage for tactical retail.
Camouflage patterns and quiet, soft fabrics for hunting and wildlife ranges.
Plain, durable balaclavas for security and patrol crews working in the cold.
Fleece-lined styles for outdoor crews who need warmth under a hard hat.

Yes. Send your pattern file and we print it by sublimation on polyester or Lycra, matched to your colour references in the sample.
That is how we design them: a thin crown, flat seams and shaped ear areas. Tell us which helmets and headsets your customers use and we test the fit in the sample.
Yes. We make flame-resistant balaclavas with lab test reports available on request, and your own laboratory can test samples before you certify the product for your market.
