Customization

Build your knitted balaclava

Every part of the design is yours. Our design team sends a preview of each logo and label placement before production starts.

  • Stitch and texture

Rib for a classic ski mask, cable or waffle for texture, jersey for a smooth surface.

  • Jacquard designs

Patterns, stripes and logos knitted into the fabric: with no print layer, they usually stay sharp wash after wash.

  • Colour matching

Pick from our yarn palette or send Pantone references, and we match them in the sample.

FAQ

Knitted balaclavas: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for knitted balaclavas?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces.

Can you knit our logo into the balaclava?

Yes. Jacquard knitting builds the logo or pattern into the fabric itself, in the colours you choose. Embroidery, woven labels and patches are also available.

Which yarn is warmest for a knitted ski mask?

Wool and merino are the warmest and handle moisture well. Acrylic is lighter and cheaper and holds bright colours; cotton is the softest and suits milder weather.

Can you match our brand colours?

Yes. Choose from our yarn palette or send Pantone references; we match them and confirm the colours in the sample before bulk production.

How long does knitted balaclava production take?

Samples are sent within 5–7 days of your order. Once the sample is approved, standard lead time is 14 days; 7 days is possible on request. Complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
