Buyer's guide

Infinity scarf or snood?

Both are closed loops, but they are worn differently. An infinity scarf is long enough to wrap twice around the neck and drapes like a normal scarf. A snood is a short tube that sits close to the neck in one layer; see our snood scarves.

Because there are no ends, an infinity scarf stays in place without knotting, which customers value for everyday wear. Chunky knits suit winter; viscose, jersey and chiffon loops suit spring and autumn.

FAQ

Infinity scarves: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for infinity scarves?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Larger runs are made on the same lines, with a monthly capacity of around 100,000 pieces.

How long is an infinity scarf?

Most infinity scarves have a circumference of about 140–180 cm, long enough to wrap twice around the neck. We make any length and width you specify.

What is the difference between a snood and an infinity scarf?

A snood is a short tube that sits close to the neck in one layer. An infinity scarf is a longer loop that is wrapped twice and drapes like a scarf.

Where does the label go on an infinity scarf?

Usually on or near the seam, where it is hidden when the scarf is worn. Printed or embroidered logos can go anywhere on the loop.

Can infinity scarves be knitted?

Yes. We knit acrylic, wool and blended infinity scarves in rib, cable or jacquard on our own flatbed machines and then link them into a loop.

How long does infinity scarf production take?

Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
