Request a quote
Short answer
Use a Request a quote button, the contact form, email or WhatsApp to send us your product, quantity, branding and delivery country. The quote form also asks for your sample type and your tech pack or idea. We reply within one working day with questions, options and a quotation.
A quote request takes a few minutes. There is no payment with a quote request, and a person on our team answers it.

The Request a quote form
- Your product: the product or style, the quantity, and Do you need a physical sample? A free pre-production sample is selected; choose a pre-paid physical sample if you want to check one in your hands first. See Which sample do I need?
- Project details: under How far along is your design?, choose I already have a tech pack or reference sheet and upload it, or I am working on the tech pack and need a quote for my idea and pick the options for your idea. Then add your timing and A short note (optional).
- Your details: your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp, country and, if you like, a shipping address, so we can quote shipping per piece to your door. Click Send request.
The tech-pack upload takes up to 3 files, 10 MB each: PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, AI, EPS or ZIP. The idea path has no upload: send your logo by email or reply to the confirmation email.
You can also attach your logo in the website chat (Attach a file).
Below the form, a line says: "By contacting us or sending this form you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We keep your details to answer you." There is no box to tick. See our Privacy Policy.
Signed in? The form is filled in from your account; you can change anything for this request. If you are not signed in, the confirmation screen offers Create my account, I already have an account: go to my portal and Send me a login link by email (the link signs you in and creates your account if you have none). We never ask for your password.
After you send it
- Check your email. A website form sends you a confirmation with your reference. Reply to it to add details or files.
- We reply within one working day. A person on our team answers with questions, options and a quotation for your order.
- Check the quotation. It arrives by email and sets out the price and the commercial payment, production and shipping terms. Ask us about anything that is unclear.
- Go ahead when you are ready. You chose your sample type in the form; we confirm it with the payment steps and the schedule. See How is my order confirmed?
The quotation email has a View and accept online button. There you can accept the quotation, ask a question or decline it. See How do I view and accept a quotation online?
With a customer account, your quotation also appears in My Account → Quotations.
