Configure your order online
Short answer
Click Configure your order on a product page to build your order in seven steps and see the price at once. Balaclavas and beanies can be ordered or quoted; caps and hats, socks and ski wear are priced on request. Then order, ask for a quotation or send us a question.
Build your order on our website, step by step, and see the price at once. The Order Builder is in English, French, German and Spanish; fabric descriptions and the help answers are in English.

The seven steps
- Style: check the product. The minimum is 50 pieces per design; below it, you cannot order or ask for a quotation.
- Quantity, sizes and colours: enter the total pieces. Choose One size for all pieces or Split by size, then up to 6 Standard colours or Match my Pantone colour.
- Fabric: choose one of the fabrics offered for this product. View fabric shows its details.
- Branding and artwork: choose a method and up to 4 placements. Upload your logo (PDF, AI, EPS, PNG or JPG; up to 6 files, 25 MB each; no SVG), or tick I will send my artwork later.
- Labels and packaging: add labels, tags or packaging. Export cartons are always included.
- Delivery: enter the destination country, a wanted delivery date (optional) and your preferred shipping method. Shipping is agreed with you separately.
- Summary and price: check the price per piece, any set-up charges, the Total (shipping not included) and the payment schedule (30% · 30% · 40%). Quotation-only products show "Price on request".

When you are ready
Order and pay the advance
For balaclavas and beanies. Sign in with a confirmed email address (Sign in to order or Create an account), then click Order and pay the advance (30% of the total). On the next page, choose Bank transfer: we email you the invoice for the advance with our payment details, and your order is confirmed when the advance arrives. Card payment is not available yet. Production starts only after you approve our mockup. See Order online and pay the advance.
Get a quotation
Click Ask for a quotation and enter your name, company and email. You can add your phone or WhatsApp, a Shipping address (optional), so we can quote shipping per piece to your door, and a message. Click Send my quotation request. No account is needed. The configuration is then locked; to change it, click Start a new configuration.
Signed in? The form is filled in from your account; you can change anything for this request.
Talk to us
Click WhatsApp (your code is filled in) or Send a question. You can keep configuring.

Your code and drafts
Your configuration gets a code (MRB-…) and is saved as you go. In the same browser, Configure your order on that product opens it again.
Tip: Sign in before you start, so your configuration is saved in your account and listed under Continue configuring.
What you see afterwards
The screen shows your reference (MRB-…); keep it for your messages to us. We also email you a receipt with your configuration: "We received your quotation request", "We received your question" or "We received your order". Our team replies within one working day.
If you are signed in, your request or order also appears in My Account → Orders. If not, the screen offers Create my account, I already have an account: go to my portal and Send me a login link by email. We never ask for your password.
Below the quotation and question forms, a line says: "By contacting us or sending this form you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We keep your details to answer you." There is no box to tick. Files you upload are kept with your request or order (see our Privacy Policy).
