How quickly will you reply?
Short answer
A person on our team replies within one working day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00, Pakistan time (UTC+5). We answer messages sent outside these hours on the next working day.
We reply to every inquiry within one working day, and a real person on our team writes the answer. When you use a form on our website, you get a confirmation email with your reference at once.
The confirmation also invites you to your Client Portal, where you can follow your request, quotations and orders.

We answer messages that arrive outside office hours on the next working day. The Contact page shows whether we are online right now.
Website chat
In the website chat (Let's Talk), our assistant answers common questions at once. During office hours, a team member replies in the chat. Outside them, click Leave your details, and we reply on the next working day. Chat replies appear in the chat window, not by email.
When will I get my quotation?
Our first reply brings questions, options or a quotation. How soon the quotation follows depends on your brief: it comes faster with a complete brief and quantities. If we need more details first, we ask for them in that first reply.

During your order
Once your order is running, your account manager sends you updates at the milestones by email or WhatsApp. We also email you when your order is confirmed, at every stage and when it ships. See How will I know how my order is progressing?
With a customer account, you also see your order's stages and our messages in My Account. We email you when we need your approval and when we reply to you in My Account. You also find everything there under Needs your attention.
