Order online and pay the advance
Short answer
When you order with the Order Builder, choose Bank transfer on the next page. We email you the invoice for the 30% advance with our payment details, and your order is confirmed when the advance arrives. Nothing is paid on the website.

You can order this way on balaclava and beanie products. Caps and hats, socks and ski wear show "Price on request": the builder sends us a quotation request instead.
Before you order
You need an account with a confirmed email address: create an account or sign in. If you are signed out, the builder shows Sign in to order and Create an account.
Tip: Sign in before you start, so your configuration is saved in your account and listed under Continue configuring.
Order and pay the advance
- In the last builder step, Summary and price, check your configuration and the Total (shipping not included). The advance is 30% of this total, in US dollars.
- Click Order and pay the advance, which shows the amount of your advance. The payment page opens.
- Choose Bank transfer, accept the terms and click Pay for order. No money is taken on the website.
- The next page confirms: "Configuration MRB-… is now an order."
- Our team emails you the invoice for the advance with our payment details. It is due 2 days after it is issued. Pay it by bank transfer and quote the invoice number with your payment.
Important: Your order is confirmed when your 30% advance arrives. An order cannot be cancelled after confirmation, so check your configuration before you order.
Emails you receive
- "We received your order MRB-…", right after you order.
- "Invoice INV-… from Mr Balaclava", with the invoice as a PDF.
- "Order … confirmed", once your advance has arrived.
After that, we email you at every stage, when we need your approval and when your order ships.
Check it in My Account
- Invoices & payments: the advance invoice shows To pay with its due date, then Paid once your transfer has arrived.
- Orders: your order and its production stages.
If you left the payment page before choosing Bank transfer, the order shows Advance to pay. Click Pay the advance to go back to it.
We also email you when we reply to you in My Account. What we need from you is listed under Needs your attention.
What happens next
Our team prepares the mockup. Production starts only after you approve our mockup. The second and the final payment follow our payment terms (30% · 30% · 40%); we invoice them by email in the same way.

Pay safely
Quotations, invoices and samples are not paid on our website. Pay only to the bank account stated on your invoice. If you receive payment details that differ, or a message asking you to change them, contact us before you pay.
