Can I order products from your online catalog?
Short answer
Yes. You can order any style in our B2B Collection from 50 pieces per design, plain or with your branding. Click Request a quote on the product page and fill in the short form; we reply within one working day with questions or a quotation.
Yes. Our B2B Collection shows stock styles that you can order as they are, in your colours, or with your logo and labels. They are a quick way to start, because the pattern already exists.
How to order a catalog product
- Open the product page and check the estimated price for your quantity.
- Click Request a quote. The form shows the product, and its name and link are sent with your request.
- Your product: enter the quantity you need, then answer Do you need a physical sample?
- Project details: under How far along is your design?, upload your tech pack or reference sheet, or choose the options for your idea: fabric, branding, placement, labels, packaging, sizes and colours. Then add your timing and A short note (optional).
- Your details: enter your name, work email, phone with calling code, country (type to search) and, if you like, a shipping address. Click Send request.
- You receive a confirmation email with your reference. We reply within one working day with questions or a quotation. There is no payment with a quote request.
The tech-pack upload (I already have a tech pack or reference sheet) takes up to 3 files, 10 MB each: PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, SVG, AI, EPS or ZIP. The idea path has no upload: send your logo by email or reply to the confirmation email.
You can also attach your logo in the website chat (Attach a file).
Below the form, a line says: "By contacting us or sending this form you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We keep your details to answer you." There is no box to tick. See our Privacy Policy.
Signed in? The form is filled in from your account; you can change anything for this request. If you are not signed in, the confirmation screen offers Create my account, I already have an account: go to my portal and Send me a login link by email, so you can follow your request in your Client Portal. We never ask for your password.
Tip: Do you write to us from the Contact page, by email or by WhatsApp? Then add the product name or link, so we know which style you mean.
Configure your order online
On balaclava and beanie product pages, you can also click Configure your order. You choose the quantity, sizes, colours, fabric, branding, labels and packaging, and see the price at once. Then you order or ask for a quotation. On caps and hats, socks and ski wear products, the builder prepares a quotation request ("Price on request"). See Configure your order online.
Good to know
- Minimum: 50 pieces per design. You can combine several catalog styles in one order; each style counts as its own design.
- Prices: the prices on product pages are estimated prices per piece in USD, before shipping. Your quote confirms the final price for your fabric, branding and packaging. Products without a price show "Price on request".
- Samples: a free pre-production sample is selected in the form; choose a pre-paid physical sample if you want to check one in your hands first. See Which sample do I need?
- Faster production: 7-day production is possible on request, and a stock style (or fabric in stock) is one of the conditions for it. See How long does production take?
