Do you offer design support?
Short answer
Yes. Our in-house design team reviews your brief, draws a digital mockup in 1–3 business days, prepares the tech pack, redraws your logo as a vector and coordinates the sample. You can start from a sketch, a reference product or one of our styles.
Yes. You do not need technical drawings to work with us. Our in-house design team turns your idea into a specification that the factory can build.

Revisions
Mockup revisions continue until the look is right; they are digital and quick. Sample revisions are made when a change affects construction, and each extra sample is quoted.
Cost and ownership
Design support is part of the development we do for an order from 50 pieces per design. Logo preparation for embroidery (digitising) is part of our development work; any set-up charge is shown on your quotation. A pre-paid (physical) sample is quoted as its own line; the pre-production sample is free. See Which sample do I need?

The mockups, tech packs and logo files we develop for you are yours. You receive them as PDF and editable files. See Who owns the designs and files made for my order?
