Shipping and delivery

How will my order be shipped?

By the Mr Balaclava team ·

Short answer

Shipping is priced by the weight of your order: up to 100 kg it travels door to door by express courier with import duties paid by us, and heavier orders go by air cargo, or by sea cargo from 500 kg, to your nearest airport or port. You see the cost before you order, and it is confirmed before shipment.

Shipping is priced by the weight of your order, and the weight decides how it travels.

For air and sea cargo, our responsibility ends when the goods arrive at the airport or port. Courier shipments are delivered duty paid (DDP), one of the Incoterms.
