How long does delivery take?
Short answer
Delivery time is production plus transit. Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days, and express courier transit with DHL, FedEx or UPS takes 3–6 working days. Air cargo usually takes 7–12 working days and sea cargo about 40–45 days, and your schedule is agreed for each order.
Delivery time has two parts: production and transit.
Production
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days. Actual lead time may vary depending on product type, order quantity, customization, material availability, sampling/approval requirements and the nature of the project. The confirmed production schedule will be agreed with the customer for each order.
7 days is possible on request, and complex products or very large orders (100,000–200,000 pcs) can take up to one month. See How long does production take?

Planning a first order
A first order typically needs five to seven weeks from brief to delivery, because it includes the mockup, the tech pack and the sample. A pre-paid sample is made in about 5–7 days and sent to you before your order; a pre-production sample is made after you order and pay the 30% advance, and you approve it on photos, videos or a video call. See Which sample do I need? Reorders skip the development stages and take about three weeks. For a first order, start seven weeks before you need the goods in hand.
What can delay a delivery
Customs checks, public holidays, weather or problems at the carrier can delay a shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, but we always help you resolve any issue.
Tip: Double-check your delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or losses, and re-delivery may cost extra.
