You send a brief, and we reply with questions, options and a quotation. We agree the mockup, the sample type, the payment steps and the schedule with you before bulk production. Then come production, quality control and shipping.

We make custom and private-label balaclavas and ski masks, beanies, scarves and neck warmers, caps and hats, socks, and ski wear. Fabric, colours, sizes, branding, labels and packaging are made to your order.

We make products for businesses and organisations: fashion and streetwear brands, outdoor and sports retailers, teams and clubs, promotional buyers, uniform suppliers, online sellers, printers and distributors. Orders start at 50 pieces per design.

Our minimum order is 50 pieces per design, on first orders and on reorders. The minimum counts per design, not per colour or size, so you can split one design across sizes and stock colours.

Yes. We make private-label, white-label, OEM and ODM products under your brand, with your logo, labels, tags and packaging. There is no Mr Balaclava branding on the product, and the designs made for you stay yours.

Our products are made in our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, a global hub for textile and sportswear production. Design, sampling, knitting, cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, quality control and packing are all done there.

No. You can ask for a quote, receive your quotation and confirm a custom order without an account. Send your brief by email, WhatsApp or the Request a quote form, and our team replies within one working day.

You choose between a free pre-production sample, which we make after you order and you approve on photos, videos or a video call, and a pre-paid physical sample, which we ship to your door before production. Bulk production goes ahead only after you approve the sample.

Use a Request a quote button, the contact form, email or WhatsApp to send us your product, quantity, branding and delivery country. The quote form also asks for your sample type and your tech pack or idea. We reply within one working day with questions, options and a quotation.

A person on our team replies within one working day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–16:00, Pakistan time (UTC+5). We answer messages sent outside these hours on the next working day.

We use the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone, company and delivery address, to answer your requests, prepare quotations and handle your orders. We do not sell your personal data. To see, correct or delete it, email [email protected].
