Tell us the style, yarn, colours, sizes, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest a suitable knit and gauge.

Design and tech pack
We turn your logo or pattern into a knit-ready design, show it on a mockup and confirm every measurement, colour and placement in a tech pack.

Sample
We knit your sample to the tech pack and adjust fit, colours and details until you approve it. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

Bulk production
Knitting, linking, washing, finishing and branding, with a standard production lead time of approximately 14 days.

Inspection and shipping
Each piece is checked for size, colour and finish, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

Custom sweater manufacturing: frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom sweaters?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Sizes can be split across one design, for example 10 S, 20 M and 20 L.
How long does sweater production take?
Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. The actual time depends on the design, the yarn, the quantity and the customization, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order.
Do you knit the sweaters yourselves?
We knit sweaters in our own facility and with trusted partner factories, depending on the project. We tell you which route suits your order when we quote, and every order follows the same sampling and inspection steps.
Which yarns can you use for sweaters?
Acrylic, cotton, acrylic-wool blends, merino, lambswool and, where available, recycled polyester or recycled wool. We suggest a yarn for your price point and use when we quote.
Can you knit our logo into the sweater?
Yes. Most logos are knitted in as jacquard or intarsia, so they are part of the fabric. Very fine detail or small text can be embroidered instead; we show both options on a mockup.
Can you make kids’ sizes?
Yes. We make adult XS–3XL and kids’ sizes, and we can grade a design to your own size chart.
How much does a custom sweater cost?
The price depends on the yarn, the knit, the design and the quantity. Our Order Builder shows typical prices from 50 pieces, with lower prices per piece at larger quantities, and your quote confirms the final price.
Can you make sweaters that match our beanies and scarves?
Yes. We knit beanies and scarves too, so one design can run across a sweater, a beanie and a scarf in the same colours.
Do you make Christmas sweaters for companies and retailers?
Yes, from 50 pieces per design, with your own design or one adapted from ours. It helps to order two to three months before December.
Can you make samples before bulk production?
Yes. Every order starts with a sample made to your tech pack, and bulk production begins after you approve it. Samples are paid 100% in advance.
