   Yarn and knit

   The set is knitted in acrylic yarn as standard, which holds bright, even colours in a jacquard pattern and is easy to care for. A fine 12-gauge knit keeps the Fair Isle motifs clear on the sweater, beanie and scarf alike. For a more traditional handle, an acrylic/wool blend can be used across all three pieces; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Every piece of the set is knitted in the same yarn and colours, so the design matches across the sweater, beanie and scarf. Your logo can be knitted in or embroidered on each piece, and woven labels, hang tags, gift boxes or set packaging finish the order. Pieces can also be ordered on their own. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater is cut in a regular fit, with relaxed or oversized fits possible on request, in adult sizes XS–3XL or graded to your own size chart. Kids sizes can be made as a separate run for family ranges. The beanie and scarf are usually one size, and scarf length can be adjusted to your spec.

Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
