Custom Christmas Sweaters
Custom Christmas sweaters – also called ugly Christmas sweaters, or Christmas jumpers in the UK – are knitted jacquard sweaters with festive designs for brands, retailers, companies and events. Mr Balaclava makes them under your label from 50 pieces per design, in adult and kids’ sizes, with a standard lead time of about 14 days after sample approval.

We turn your logo or pattern into a knit-ready design, show it on a mockup and confirm every measurement, colour and placement in a tech pack.

Sample
We knit your sample to the tech pack and adjust fit, colours and details until you approve it. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

Bulk production
Knitting, linking, washing, finishing and branding, with a standard production lead time of approximately 14 days.

Inspection and shipping
Each piece is checked for size, colour and finish, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
