   Yarn and knit

   Knitted in acrylic yarn, which keeps the navy deep and the white and red bright, and is easy to wash. The 12-gauge jacquard gives clean snowflake and star outlines. For a heritage feel the same design can be quoted in an acrylic/wool blend; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Christmas motifs, colours and slogans are knitted in as jacquard, so they stay part of the sweater. We can adapt this design, knit your own artwork or add a company logo, and we show you a mockup before sampling. Pom-pom details or sewn-on parts can be discussed with your quote. We knit only designs you own or are licensed to use, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   A regular fit in adult XS–3XL, with relaxed or oversized versions on request. Kids’ sizes for about 4–14 years can be made in the same pattern, or the sweater can be graded to your own size chart.

   Sampling and production

Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
