Yarn and knit
The sweater is knitted in acrylic yarn, our usual choice for Christmas designs because it holds bright reds, greens and whites and is easy to care for. At 12 gauge the jacquard stays smooth enough for antlers, snowflakes and small trees. For a softer, more traditional handle an acrylic/wool blend can be quoted; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

Christmas motifs, colours and slogans are knitted in as jacquard, so they stay part of the sweater. We can adapt this design, knit your own artwork or add a company logo, and we show you a mockup before sampling. Pom-pom details or sewn-on parts can be discussed with your quote. We knit only designs you own or are licensed to use, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

A regular fit with room to wear over a shirt, in adult XS–3XL. Relaxed or oversized fits can be made, and a matching kids’ version in sizes for about 4–14 years can be added for family ranges. We can also grade the sweater to your own size chart.
