A matching knit set carries one design across a sweater, a beanie and a scarf, in the same yarn, colours and pattern. Mr Balaclava knits all three, so brands, retailers and companies can order a complete set under their label from 50 pieces per design, with a standard lead time of about 14 days after sample approval.

Why order a matching set?
A set sells as one gift and raises the value of each order. Because we knit the sweater, the beanie and the scarf in the same place and from the same yarn lots where possible, the colours and the pattern line up across the pieces.
Each piece can also be sold on its own, so a set design gives you three products from one design approval. Minimums apply per piece type, from 50 pieces per design.

Brief and quote
Tell us the style, yarn, colours, sizes, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest a suitable knit and gauge.

Design and tech pack
We turn your logo or pattern into a knit-ready design, show it on a mockup and confirm every measurement, colour and placement in a tech pack.

Sample
We knit your sample to the tech pack and adjust fit, colours and details until you approve it. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

Bulk production
Knitting, linking, washing, finishing and branding, with a standard production lead time of approximately 14 days.

Inspection and shipping
Each piece is checked for size, colour and finish, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

Can we order the beanie and scarf without the sweater?
Yes. Every piece of a set can be ordered on its own, and the design stays the same.
What is the minimum order for a matching set?
The minimum is 50 pieces per design for each piece type, for example 50 sweaters, 50 beanies and 50 scarves.
Will the colours match across the pieces?
We knit the set from the same yarn and colours, from the same yarn lots where possible, and you check the match on the sample.
Can you pack the set as a gift?
