   Yarn and knit

   The set is knitted in acrylic yarn as standard, a practical choice for cable knits that is easy to care for and holds its colour. Cables usually look best in a chunkier gauge, so a 7-gauge knit is common, with finer gauges possible. For a softer, more traditional feel, an acrylic/wool blend can be used for both pieces; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Every piece of the set is knitted in the same yarn and colours, so the design matches across the sweater, beanie and scarf. Your logo can be knitted in or embroidered on each piece, and woven labels, hang tags, gift boxes or set packaging finish the order. Pieces can also be ordered on their own. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater comes in a regular fit, with relaxed or oversized fits on request, in adult sizes XS–3XL or graded to your own size chart. Cable knits can sit a little fuller, so we confirm measurements on the sample. The beanie is usually one size; kids sizes can be made for family ranges.

   Sampling and production
