   Yarn and knit

   The set is knitted in acrylic yarn as standard, which carries strong brand colours and is easy to care for. A 12-gauge knit keeps the knitted logo sharp on the sweater, beanie and scarf. An acrylic/wool blend can be chosen for a heavier gift set; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Every piece of the set is knitted in the same yarn and colours, so the design matches across the sweater, beanie and scarf. Your logo can be knitted in or embroidered on each piece, and woven labels, hang tags, gift boxes or set packaging finish the order. Pieces can also be ordered on their own. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater comes in a regular fit, with relaxed or oversized fits on request, in adult sizes XS–3XL or graded to your own size chart. Sizes can be split across one design, so a team or staff order can cover every size. The beanie and scarf are usually one size.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the style, yarn, colours, sizes, quantities and branding. We confirm the details in a mockup and tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance. Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
