   Yarn and knit

   Both pieces are knitted in acrylic yarn as standard, which keeps stripe colours bright and is easy to wash. The 12-gauge knit gives clean stripe edges on the sweater and the scarf. For year-round or lighter ranges, cotton yarn can be used instead; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Every piece of the set is knitted in the same yarn and colours, so the design matches across the sweater, beanie and scarf. Your logo can be knitted in or embroidered on each piece, and woven labels, hang tags, gift boxes or set packaging finish the order. Pieces can also be ordered on their own. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater has a regular fit, with relaxed or oversized fits on request, in adult sizes XS–3XL, kids sizes of about 4–14 years, or graded to your own size chart. Sizes can be mixed within one design, which suits school and club orders. The scarf is usually one size, and its length can be set to your spec.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the style, yarn, colours, sizes, quantities and branding. We confirm the details in a mockup and tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance. Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
