   Yarn and knit

   The set is knitted in soft acrylic yarn, which keeps colours bright and is easy to wash, a practical choice for children’s knitwear. A 12-gauge knit keeps the pattern neat at small sizes. Cotton yarn can be used for lighter seasons; the exact composition is stated on the quote and care label.

   Customization and branding

   Every piece of the set is knitted in the same yarn and colours, so the design matches across the sweater, beanie and scarf. Your logo can be knitted in or embroidered on each piece, and woven labels, hang tags, gift boxes or set packaging finish the order. Pieces can also be ordered on their own. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater comes in kids sizes of about 4–6, 7–9, 10–12 and 13–14 years, or graded to your own size chart, in a regular or relaxed fit. Sizes can be split across one design. The beanie is usually made in kids sizes to suit the age range, and adult sizes in the same design can be added for family sets.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the style, yarn, colours, sizes, quantities and branding. We confirm the details in a mockup and tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance. Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
