   Yarns and materials

   Customization and branding

   Your logo, words or pattern are knitted into the fabric in up to several yarn colours, so the design cannot crack, peel or fade. We turn your artwork into a knit file and show you a mockup before sampling; very fine detail is simplified to suit the gauge. Embroidery, woven labels and patches can be added on the cuff, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   One adult size fits head sizes of about 54–60 cm. The same pattern can be knitted in kids sizes for family ranges.

   Sampling and production

   Send your brief with the style, yarn, colours, size, quantities and branding. We confirm every detail in a tech pack and knit a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
