   Yarn and knit

   The sweater is knitted on flatbed machines in acrylic yarn at 12 gauge, which gives a smooth, even surface where a knitted logo reads clearly. Acrylic is easy-care, holds bright brand colours well and keeps the price friendly for staff and team orders. For a softer or more natural handle, an acrylic/wool blend can be quoted; the exact composition is stated on the quote and the care label.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo is knitted into the fabric as jacquard or intarsia, so it cannot crack, peel or wash off; embroidery suits small logos and fine detail, and woven neck labels, care labels and hang tags carry your brand. We turn your artwork into a knit file and show you a mockup before sampling; very fine detail is simplified to suit the knit. Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Sizes and fit

   The sweater is cut to a regular fit as standard, with a relaxed or oversized fit available for fashion ranges. Adult sizes run from XS to 3XL, and kids sizes of about 4–14 years can be made in the same design for family or school orders. If you have your own size chart, the sweater can be graded to it.

Bulk production usually takes about 14 days after sample approval, and the schedule is confirmed for each order. Every piece is checked, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
