Create your customer account
Short answer
Open the registration page, enter your name, email address, country and a password of at least 10 characters, then confirm your email with the link we send. Or, after a request on our website, click Send me a login link by email and we create the account for you.
With an account you sign in to My Account on our website. You do not need one to request a quote: see Do I need an account to order?
Create your account
- Open the registration page.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address and country. If you are buying for a business, add the company or business name; you can also register without one.
- Choose a password and enter it a second time to confirm it.
- Tick "I agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy." and complete the security check if one is shown.
- Click Create account.
- Open our email "Confirm your email address for …" and click Verify email. On the page that opens, click Confirm my email. The link works once and expires in 48 hours.
- When the page says "Your email address is verified. You can now sign in.", sign in with your email address and password.
Or get your account after a request
- Send a request with a form on our website.
- On the confirmation screen, click Send me a login link by email. If you have no account yet, we create it with the details of your request. If you already have one, we send you a sign-in link instead.
- Open our email "Your Client Portal is ready" and click Open my portal.
- On the page that opens, click Open my portal again. This confirms your email address and signs you in.
The link works once and expires in 48 hours. Your account has no password yet: to choose one, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We never ask for your password.
Password rules
- At least 10 characters, and no more than 128.
- It must not contain your email address.
- Common passwords are not accepted.
A strength meter shows whether your password is weak, fair or strong.
Your Client Portal
Once your email is confirmed, My Account is your Client Portal. Requests, quotations and orders sent from the same email address appear there automatically. If you added a company name, your company shows Being checked until our team confirms it; you can already send requests. As account owner, you can invite colleagues under Settings → Team. Good to know
- After you click Create account, the page always gives the same answer: if the details can be used, a verification email is on its way. Check your spam folder too.
- If your email address already has an account, nothing is changed and the account owner receives an email about it. Use Reset password instead.
- To see, correct or delete your personal data later, email [email protected] (see our Privacy Policy).
