   Fabric and materials

   It is cut from polyester satin, which has a smooth, glossy face and ties into neat bows and knots. Polyester takes sublimation, so full-colour designs can be printed on the narrow shape. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 5 × 150 cm the scarf ties as a bow at the neck, wraps round a ponytail or headband, or winds round a bag handle. Wider skinny scarves, small squares and any size to your specification are made to order.
