   Fabric and materials

   Polyester silk-touch twill is a polyester twill with a soft, silk-like hand. It is crease-resistant and takes sublimation, so logos, brand colours and full-colour patterns are printed into the fabric. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At 70 × 70 cm the square folds into a band or a triangle and knots at the neck, ties under a uniform collar or is worn as a headscarf. Squares such as 53 × 53 cm or 90 × 90 cm, and any size to your specification, are made to order.
