   Fabric and materials

   Modal is a cellulose fibre from the viscose family, chosen for its very soft, smooth hand and fluid drape. It takes a digital print in clear colours and suits scarves worn every day. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 70 × 180 cm the scarf loops round the neck, wraps over the shoulders when travelling or ties as a headscarf. Narrower oblongs, squares and any size to your specification are made to order.
