   Fabric and materials

   It is cut from polyester satin, which has a smooth, glossy face like silk satin at a lower cost. Polyester takes sublimation, so full-colour designs print edge to edge. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 50 × 50 cm the square folds into a band for a headband or hair tie, wraps round a ponytail or bun, or knots at the neck. Skinny satin scarves, larger squares and any size to your specification are made to order.
