   Fabric and materials

   Cotton voile is a fine, lightweight, semi-sheer cotton with a crisp hand. It is breathable and takes digital and screen prints in clear colours, which makes it a classic summer scarf fabric. The fabric comes from partner mills; we cut, print, hem, inspect and pack in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your artwork is printed edge to edge: sublimation on polyester fabrics, and digital or screen printing on viscose, modal and cotton. We place the print for the scarf size, match colours to your references and confirm everything on a sample. A woven or printed label, hang tags and folded retail packs finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 70 × 180 cm the scarf wraps loosely at the neck, covers the shoulders on warm days or ties as a headscarf. Squares, narrower oblongs and any size to your specification are made to order.
