Blank stock or made to order?

Stock blanks are the quickest start: the beanie already exists in the colour shown, and you add your own label, embroidery or patch. Made to order is for buyers who want their own colours, yarn, size or shape; it follows our standard lead time of about 14 days after sample approval.

Both start from 50 pieces per design. Decorators and promotional companies usually buy stock blanks; brands that sell under their own name usually knit to order.

Each beanie in our catalog shows its price per piece at 50 pieces. The price goes down as the quantity of that product goes up; yarn, trims, branding and packing add to it, and the Order Builder shows the total at every step. Shipping is quoted for each order.

Every order starts with your brief and ends with tracked delivery.

    Tell us the style, yarn, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest a suitable yarn and gauge.

  2. Approve the sample

    We confirm every measurement, yarn, colour and logo placement in a tech pack, then knit your sample. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

  3. Production and delivery

    Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

Can you add our own labels to blank beanies?

Yes. We sew in your woven label and care label and add your hang tags and barcodes; Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

How long does blank beanie production take?

Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
