   Fabric and materials

   The bandana is cut from black bandana cotton poplin from partner mills. On a black ground, discharge printing is the method for light graphics: the print paste takes the black dye out of the cotton where the design goes, so the skull shows in light tones without a stiff ink layer and the bandana still knots and folds like plain cotton.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At 69 × 69 cm the square is large enough to wrap the whole head as a biker-style head wrap, tie over the nose and mouth, or knot loosely at the neck. The same artwork can be made at 22 in (56 × 56 cm) for a smaller neck bandana, or at any size you specify.
