   Fabric and materials

   The bandana is cut from polyester jersey, a soft knitted fabric from partner mills that stretches slightly and draws moisture away from the skin. It is solid-dyed in the listed royal blue or your team colour, and for full-colour team designs the jersey can be sublimated instead.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   Cut as a triangle, the bandana ties at the back of the head under a helmet or cap; cut as a 56 × 56 cm (22 in) square, it folds into a headband or ties at the neck. Triangle and square sizes can be set to your specification, for example a smaller fit for youth teams.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
