Tube Bandana

   Fabric and materials

   The tube is made from polyester microfibre knit, a fine, stretchy knitted fabric from partner mills that pulls over the head and settles around the neck. Because it is polyester, it takes sublimation: your design is dyed into the fibre in full colour, including photos and gradients, and is printed and finished in Sialkot.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At about 25 × 50 cm the tube stretches to fit adult heads and necks: pulled down it sits as a neck gaiter, pulled up it covers the face, and folded or twisted it becomes a headband. Other widths and lengths, including a smaller tube for children, can be made to your specification.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
