   Fabric and materials

   The large square is cut from bandana cotton poplin supplied by partner mills, the same light plain-weave cotton as a standard bandana, so it still knots easily at full size. Navy is a dark ground, so the paisley is discharge printed: the dye is taken out where the pattern goes, leaving no heavy ink layer on a piece that is worn over the head and face.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   The 69 × 69 cm square folds into a long triangle that covers the whole head as a wrap, ties over the nose and mouth with plenty left to knot behind, or loops twice around the neck. For a smaller piece, the same design can be made at 22 in (56 × 56 cm) or 20 in (51 × 51 cm), or to any size you specify.
