   Fabric and materials

   Pet bandanas are cut from bandana cotton poplin, the same partner-mill cotton as our classic bandanas, so pet and owner pieces can share one print. Small repeats and simple logos are screen printed; designs with many colours are digitally printed on the cotton.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   Each size is a triangle that ties around the pet’s neck with the point at the chest. Send your size chart or the neck sizes you want to cover and we set the S, M and L patterns to match; extra sizes for very small or very large breeds can be made to your specification.

   Send your brief with the style, fabric, colours, size, quantities and branding. We confirm every detail in a mockup and tech pack and make a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
