Fabric and materials
We print on bandana cotton poplin from partner mills, cut and hemmed in Sialkot. The close, flat surface of poplin takes screen printing with clean edges, which suits logos, lettering and fine lines. Light logos on black or other dark grounds are discharge printed, so the logo does not sit as a thick layer on the cotton.

Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

The 22 in (56 × 56 cm) square ties at the neck, over the head or around the wrist, and folds flat for mailers, welcome packs and goody bags.
