Sublimation prints your artwork edge to edge on polyester fabrics, with no limit on colours. Fleece and knitted styles carry embroidery, screen or heat-transfer prints, and knitted neck warmers can have the logo knitted in as jacquard. Woven labels, care labels, hang tags, header cards and polybags finish the product, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on it.

On Polyester/Spandex Stretch Jersey (SHY Series), sublimation printing, heat transfer, woven label and printed label work well; embroidery, screen printing, silicone patch and rubber (PVC) patch after a sample test. Prints and transfers must stretch with the fabric; embroidery needs a stabiliser. Colours are matched to Pantone TCX and TPX on custom orders.
