No. The print goes on the outer jersey; the microfleece lining stays plain, usually black or in a colour matched to your design.
Does it fit under a ski or motorcycle helmet?
Yes. The shorter tube sits around the neck and chin without bunching under the helmet strap; for full head cover choose a balaclava.
