   Fabric and materials

   The base is bandana cotton poplin, a plain-weave cotton from partner mills that we cut, print and hem in Sialkot. Poplin is the traditional bandana fabric: light enough to fold and knot, and firm enough to hold a crisp paisley outline. On dark grounds we use discharge printing, which takes the dye out of the cotton where the pattern goes instead of laying ink on top, so the light paisley stays soft to the touch.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   At 56 × 56 cm (22 in) this is the size most people know as a bandana. Folded into a triangle it ties around the neck or over the head, and folded into a band it works as a headband or wristband. The same paisley can be made as a 20 in (51 × 51 cm) or 27 in (69 × 69 cm) square, or to any size you specify.

We confirm every detail in a mockup and tech pack and make a sample, paid 100% in advance and ready in about 5–7 days; a free pre-production sample approved by photos or video after the order is also possible. Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
