   Fabric and materials

   The base is solid-dyed bandana cotton poplin from partner mills, a flat, closely woven cotton that gives printers and embroiderers an even surface to work on. Every piece is cut, hemmed, inspected and folded in Sialkot, and the colour is checked against your reference on a sample before bulk.

   Customization and branding

   Your logo can sit in the centre, in the border or repeat all over: screen printing for classic designs on cotton, discharge printing for soft light prints on dark cotton, sublimation for full-colour designs on polyester, or an embroidered logo in one corner. Woven or printed labels, folded packs with header cards and polybags finish the order, and Mr Balaclava’s name never appears on your products.

   Size and fit

   The 56 × 56 cm (22 in) square is the standard bandana size: it ties at the neck as a triangle, folds into a headband for kitchen and event staff, or sits folded in a back pocket. Blanks can also be made at 20 in (51 × 51 cm) or 27 in (69 × 69 cm), or to any size you specify.

Bulk production takes about 14 days after sample approval, and every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.
