What defines a snapback cap?

The flat peak and the snap closure define a snapback. The front is structured, so the cap holds its shape and gives a large, firm panel for embroidery, and the plastic strap adjusts to most head sizes without a fixed size range.

Because the peak is flat, the underside is visible when the cap is worn, so many buyers print or colour it. Flat embroidery and 3D puff embroidery both suit the firm front. We keep the peak flat or pre-curve it to your instruction and confirm on the sample.

Every order starts with your brief and ends with tracked delivery.

    Tell us the style, material, sizes, quantities, branding and deadline. We reply with a quote and suggest a suitable build.

  2. Approve the sample

    We confirm every measurement, fabric, colour and logo placement in a tech pack, then make your sample. Samples are paid 100% in advance.

  3. Production and delivery

    Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Every piece is inspected, packed to your specification and shipped with tracking.

Snapback caps: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for snapback caps?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design.

Is a snapback the same as a baseball cap?

No. A snapback has a flat peak and a snap closure, while a baseball cap has a curved peak and usually a strap or buckle. The crown construction is similar.

Can I print the underside of the peak?

Yes. Underside prints and contrast colours are common on snapbacks. We test the print on the sample so it stays clean under the flat peak.

Can the peak be curved?

Yes. We can pre-curve the peak to your instruction, although a flat peak is what most buyers expect from a snapback.

How long does production of snapback caps take?

Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
