Custom Embroidered Caps Manufacturer

An embroidered cap carries your logo stitched into the fabric, flat or raised in 3D puff, so it lasts as long as the cap. Mr Balaclava embroiders custom caps in every style under your label, with patches, labels and printed details too, from 50 pieces per design and with a standard lead time of about 14 days.

Buyer's guide

Flat, 3D puff or patch: how to choose

Flat embroidery is the standard for logos and text: it is clean, durable and works on almost every cap fabric. 3D puff embroidery stitches over a foam layer so the logo stands up from the panel; it suits bold shapes and thick letters on structured fronts, but not fine detail. A patch carries a logo that is too detailed or too colourful for thread, and can be woven, embroidered, rubber or leather.

Size and stitch count matter as much as the method. A front logo is usually 5 to 11 cm wide, depending on the crown, and a six-panel cap has a centre seam that the embroidery must cross cleanly. We digitise your artwork, check it against the panel and show the placement in a mockup before the sample is made.

FAQ

Embroidered caps: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for embroidered caps?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per design.

What is 3D puff embroidery?

It is embroidery stitched over a foam layer, so the logo stands up from the cap. It works best for bold shapes and thick letters on a structured front panel.

How big can the front logo be?

Usually 5 to 11 cm wide, depending on the crown profile and the cap style. We check the size and stitch count against the panel and confirm it in a mockup.

Can you embroider on caps we supply?

We make and embroider the caps ourselves, so the fabric, construction and embroidery are confirmed together on one sample. Ask us if you have a special case.

How long does production of embroidered caps take?

Standard production lead time is approximately 14 days after sample approval. Actual lead time depends on the product, quantity, customization and material availability, and the confirmed schedule is agreed for each order. Express shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS then takes 3–6 working days.
